Commissioning involves the thorough and methodical testing of equipment, subsystems and systems to ensure that the final product functions properly at the work site. Many times unforeseen problems, not detected during the design or factory testing stages of a project, are identified during commissioning. By identifying these problems prior to equipment being placed into service, costly outages and potential damage can be avoided.

Teshmont is focused on ensuring that your project is successful from start to finish. Our commissioning services give you the peace of mind that comes with knowing that our experts are planning and co-ordinating activities, monitoring progress and identifying problems that require remedial action to maximize the value of new equipment in your system.

In a typical Commissioning Project Teshmont will:
  • Prepare commissioning procedures
  • Look after all commissioning management
  • Co-ordinate work with system control operators
  • Supervise crews (internal and/or subcontractors)
  • Monitor work progress and provide status reports
  • Identify and resolve equipment deficiencies
  • Prepare training manuals and lesson plans
  • Train internal staff on new equipment and systems
  • Test equipment (Factory and Post-Installation)
  • Prepare commissioning reports

Benefits you will gain from using Teshmont for Commissioning:
  • Knowledge and experience of proven experts
  • Maximize the productivity of internal or subcontract crews
  • Reduction of time required for commissioning
